If you’re stressing about packing school lunches (I am), and you’re trying to feed your family a more “Real Foods” diet, you should check out this new e-book, The Healthy Lunch Box: Sandwich-free Secrets to Packing a Real Food Lunch. I’ll be getting a review copy soon, but wanted to let you know about it now since it’s on sale for 50% off through Thursday! It’s regularly 9.98, which isn’t cheap for an e-book.
It is also available on Amazon, but doesn’t include pictures or printable lists there.
Reasons the PDF is better:
* full color pictures (Kindle has no pictures)
* printable (handy for recipes)
* Kindle files come with the package anyway
* 8 free bonuses, almost 25 additional pages, come with the PDF
Every single link in this entire post is an affiliate link!!

I know you said you don’t have the review copy yet, but do you know how heavily this relies on nuts? One of my kids is in a nut-free school.

I got the review copy yesterday, and in skimming through it, I saw that she does mention considering nut-free schools. She definitely has LOTS of ideas that don’t involve nuts.
